We were very pleased after meeting with Joseph to get a quote for a new split system. We had a part of the house that was a little hard to access and Joseph came up with the best solution. He handled the rebate and the price was very reasonable. Our master bedroom is on the second floor on the west side of the house and it had been very hot in the summertime. The new system is very quiet and has a timer that we can preset for either heating or cooling. The installers Mendel and Phillip kept the worksite very clean and were very helpful to show us how the system and the remote control work. They also installed a new smart thermostat for us.
