I reached out late evening on Tuesday for an A/C issue at our home and they called me back right away and were able to schedule someone out the next day. Rachel came out and did a great job communicating with me about the problem, gave her recommendations and completed the work right away. The entire team, from the first person who reached out to schedule the appointment, the team coordinating with the technicians, and Rachel herself, were gray to work with and I would highly recommend Apple Plumbing, Heat and Air to anyone.
Brett replaced 2 faucets and asked for my preference on a couple of parts. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great job!
Derek came to check my smoke detectors. 3 were replaced under warranty, and I upgraded the 4th one. He was friendly, helpful, professional and the work was completed quickly. As always, I am very pleased with Applewood’s performance. He came and replaced a battery and was all of the above again! Excellent customer service.
Damian did my annual furnace check. He also fixed my dryer venting and it’s made a huge difference in the efficiency of my dryer. Great service, professional, knowledgeable and polite!

Tyler was professional and friendly. He installed a modern LED concentric circle ceiling light fixture in our stair well. Tyler adjusted each circle to the look you see in the photo. I would recommend Tyler and Applewood.
