Mark was very professional, did a great job. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and didn't try to push us to get additional work done. We will definitely ask for him next time!
UPDATE: Mark came out to recheck our A/C unit, and it looks like it is frozen. He told us how to thaw it out, and didn't charge us for the service call.
AC was installed by another electrician (we were finishing our basement so everything was through the contractor). Not only did they fix the AC, but they identified the underlying cause of the problem (related to the install).
We needed an RV outlet added to our house outside. Applewood PHE gave us a really good bid, after Daniel Pepe explained in detail what the work would be. He was even willing to do the work the same day we accepted the bid despite the weather being a mixture of rain and snow.
