We are extremely pleased with AirMech. We needed to replace a failing 27-year old HVAC system. We had gotten bids for both gas furnaces and heat pumps but none felt quite right. We went to the Sacramento Home Show specifically to talk to HVAC contractors and are very glad we found AirMech there!We live in Roseville and were very strongly leaning toward a heat pump. AirMech's booth had a display with a running unit so we could gage air flow, sound level, etc. of a Bosch heat pump that does not need heat strips. Every time we deal with Airmech we are more grateful that they installed our HVAC system. After a mistake by another contractor, our system stopped working and we were without heat for three days. Antonio showed up at 8am on Monday, diagnosed the problem and spent 3 hours fixing it and getting our system running again. He also checked the filter and reset the maintenance reminder. We came from an HVAC company that gave us an extremely hard time. Calling airmech was a breath of fresh air. They answered their phones, set and the appt and we had someone working on our system in 2 hours. Not only were they prompt, our tech Antonio was informative and let us know all options available. We will continue use with them and will be signing up for their VIP program. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a responsive HVAC company.
