Sandy has been a pleasure to work with. She has been very accommodating to my rescheduling requests multiple times. On the day I finally was able to schedule, two technicians were able to come by the next day. Brian and Bronco were very professional and did a great thorough job. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I added an extra request last minute and they professionally obliged and took care of the issue. My AC is working just in time before it starts to heat up. My family is happy. Unfortunately the original HVAC installer did a horrible job and RJA fixed everything. Cannot recommend enough such a great quality of customer service, Trey in the office is always so helpful if we have follow up needs.

Never used their service but based on rude aggressive driving, I'm not interested in ever calling them (literally have an hvac issue now and need a service person). When driving company vehicle, suggest you represent better Edit - I appreciate the company response to my concern and have updated my rating. Thanks for addressing with the employee.
