Alex was great, professional, and very knowledgeable. He even went so far as to take pictures during ever step of the process to show me it was completed correctly. I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs!
Service technician arrived right around 5 pm in a 3-6pm time frame. Not terrible as far as time goes, considering at least it wasn’t near 6pm arrival. but at least the service was quickly scheduled and not weeks or months out once they called me to schedule, so that was nice. Service was prompt once he arrived and he quickly got to work diagnosing and fixing the issue. Jeffrey is the technicians name and he mentioned couple tips about the ac unit when I asked him so that was cool. Not bad service. Seems ac is starting to work in home now so hopefully the issue was rectified
I have talked with two people in the office so far. They have both been very helpful and precise with the information. I will review after the installation of the unit. Now the unit and the duct work is finished. Everything was above expectations. Great people to work with.
