Dr Kim Colon really helped me with the initial diagnosis and figuring out the best care plan for my PPPD. For almost a year I was struggling with Balance Issues and had stopped doing any sorts of physical activity. Carly was an amazing Physical Therapist and was super knowledgeable on my Vestibular issues and helped me regain my balance and confidence. I can easily do so many activities I was depriving myself of and I am so happy I found this place on Veda wesbite.“

I loved the song choices and how they matched with what we were doing on the treadmills. I also liked how we could choose our own pace (with him giving us multiple numbers as options) for the running/jogging/cool down and it only felt encouraging and motivating. I am impressed at how he was able to time everything so well for both floor and treads with each second. Great job!“

She had taught me at my own pace and is instrumental in me sticking with pilates. I also began to work with Shari whom further me along with study of my own body. I would had given up on pilates had I not found this studio. Thank you for supporting me in my wellness journey.“
