I booked a Sunday appointment and met Lily, who really took the time to listen to everything that had gone wrong with my last set. She recommended a Russian manicure, explained the process, and made sure she understood exactly what I like before getting started.
The result completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve never been this satisfied with my nails. They look incredibly clean, polished, and honestly the best they’ve ever looked. I was a little unsure about the thinner layer at first since I’m pretty active, but they’ve held up perfectly. Still strong, still shiny, like I just walked out of the salon.

Dr. Josh was exquisite!!! I’ve had a history of holding tension in my neck and shoulders. I haven’t had an adjustment since I was 12. Dr. Josh made sure I was comfortable and was intentional with what he worked on for me! I’m writing feeling light and free in all of my body!
They were incredible! Lucy who helped us changed her schedule so she could stay late getting our four kids treated and removed all eggs and lice. She was kind, professional, patient and hardworking to make sure we were all out of there quickly as possible. Our family is indebted to her because not only did she help us but she made everything seem like it was going to be okay. Another mom of 3 walked in the door at 9pm while we were there and instead of saying sorry we can’t help you, she called her employee to come back into work to look after her too! I’m amazed at the level of service, from one stressed mom to another mom, thank you!

Dr. Jack is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He is so knowledgable and invested in the health and wellbeing of his patients. His active release technique has been much more effective for me than adjustments alone. I saw Dr. Jack every week while I was training for my marathon and he was able to stop all the little aches and pains in their tracks, before they could turn into more serious issues that could have derailed my training. Thanks to him I was able to cross the finish line pain- and injury-free! Dr. Jack is an athlete so he understands the needs of active people. He's also extremely empathetic and caring. The office runs smoothly and the staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely punctual, too. I usually don't have to wait even a minute for my appointment. A little side-note: depending on your insurance you may have to pay out-of-pocket a bit for each session for the individualized active release treatment, but it's worth it. Also, as of this writing, practitioners at this practice mask during treatment and there is a high-quality air filter running in the treatment room. I really appreciate this office going above and beyond to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all patients.

Second - she’s kind of a big deal - she does the hair of MANY big names you probably know, and gets accolades for it. These people have been faithful to her for years too because she’s amazing. And the funny thing is, you’d never know what a big deal she is because she treats everyone the same, with kindness, respect and appreciation. She listens to everything you say and helps to formulate the best look for you!
Third - which is the best part… she’s EXTREMELY TALENTED. She understands color and how to make it look natural and keep it looking natural foreverrrrr… she also keeps my hair so healthy, not an easy feat for blonding a brunette!! She has an artists eye, so everyone comes out looking so much cooler than they walked in. If you want something fresh and trendy she can do it. If you want something classic and simple she can do that too. She will also take your bone structure into account to give you the best shape she can! She also can give you a patented shag like NO OTHER - no idea what she doesn’t brag. But if you want sleek or easy beachy waves, she can do that to! I can’t even begin. She’s just incredible all around!!

i fully believe this might be the best salon in all of LA! i have very thick, wavy/curly hair and i came here after years of refusing to go to salons because I felt like they never did what I wanted and didn't know how to cut my hair (my main issue is that my hair is too heavy on the bottom/gets puffy and frizzy and tangled really easily). I got my hair cut by Alisa and she was so sweet and was so careful to make sure to get my hair the way i wanted it while making sure it would look good regardless of whether I wanted to wear my hair natural or straight. it's been a couple weeks now and I genuinely think the haircut I got at this salon might be the best haircut I've ever gotten in my entire life. my hair is less heavy, fuller, 100x more manageable, and way less frizzy! their prices are also super competitive when you compare them to other salons in LA, which is definitely a huge plus. would 100% recommend and will absolutely be coming here for any dyes/cuts I get in the future. if I could give this salon 6 stars I easily would ❤️

Most would agree, It’s not easy finding someone you trust to cut/style/color your hair… & once you do find that person, you sure as hell don’t wanna ever loose em … soooo, after moving to 2 hours away to LA & having tried 5 other local hair places (I won’t mention any names?) … I just gave up!… seemed easier to just started shaving my head…which ironically was ACTUALLY better than a few of the haircuts I paid for ?….

I have been coming here for over two years. Rochelle is a classically trained stylist who prefers scissors over clippers. I have gone with a fairly boring cut for the majority of my adult life yet I had decided to change it up with a Mohawk cut. Rochelle masterfully executed the request and I was very pleased. Tanya let us know she does brows and I booked immediately. My experience was great the atmosphere is my vibe. She explained in detail what was going to happen before during and after my brow appointment. She made sure I was happy with my shape and color before we started. She’s able to lighten my blonde balayage with 0 damage to my dark brown hair, and kept my curls super healthy which is so hard to do when lightening. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jaclyn. She is an artist and a miracle worker. I came to her after four failed color corrections, completely discouraged and ready to give up. Before I could even explain what I wanted, she read me completely. She said, “Your skin tone is cool to neutral with a pink undertone, so warm tones like orange and yellow won’t flatter you. Let’s go for a cooler, neutral blonde.” It was exactly what I had been trying to communicate, but couldn’t. I had told her I was ready to go brown, but she could tell that deep down I still wanted to be blonde. She saw me.

The hydra facial removes the top layer of my dead skin cells while plumping my face with only the best peptides and tonics for the most supple results. I was the first person and everything went super quick, the whole process took maybe 20-30 mins total and everything was very smooth. She goes over after care and makes the process very seamless.

We recently had a nasty sewer issue at our house. It was a highly unusual problem- the first several plumbers were all stymied (and charged us) but with no resolution. We hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and bathroom and install new flooring throughout the house, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Our project manager, Jesse, explained every part of the remodel clearly from the beginning and made sure we understood the scope, timeline, materials, and next steps. Communication was one of the best parts of the process. Jesse kept us updated the whole way through, so we always knew what stage the work was in and what was coming next. That made the renovation feel much less stressful and much more organized. Jesse really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy during each phase of the project. Dr. Allegro is simply the best in his field. I rarely have to see him anymore because he is very good at helping you heal as opposed to wanting you to be dependent on him. He gave me exercises to do at home and other recommendations to help heal my injury. I trust him and highly recommend him if you are in pain and want to feel better.
Dr. Helo was amazing. I hurt by lower back picking up a table and it wasn't getting better. It actually got way worse and my hip and leg started hurting. I went to Dr. Helo desperate for relief from pain. After the first appt my pain improved. First my leg stopped hurting and then my hip. After a few appts my back stopped hurting. I have been going back once a week to make sure I don't ever go back to the place I was at before Dr. Helo. He was amazing and was the only thing that improved my back and hip pain.
Dr. Jack is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He is so knowledgable and invested in the health and wellbeing of his patients. His active release technique has been much more effective for me than adjustments alone. I saw Dr. Jack every week while I was training for my marathon and he was able to stop all the little aches and pains in their tracks, before they could turn into more serious issues that could have derailed my training. Thanks to him I was able to cross the finish line pain- and injury-free! Dr. Jack is an athlete so he understands the needs of active people. He's also extremely empathetic and caring. The office runs smoothly and the staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely punctual, too. I usually don't have to wait even a minute for my appointment. A little side-note: depending on your insurance you may have to pay out-of-pocket a bit for each session for the individualized active release treatment, but it's worth it. Also, as of this writing, practitioners at this practice mask during treatment and there is a high-quality air filter running in the treatment room. I really appreciate this office going above and beyond to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all patients.
I love Studio City Animal Hospital. Dr. Sima has been my dog Fonzie’s primary care for the last 5 years. He is 16 and they take good care. at 16, he recently had to have a tooth extracted and dental work and go under anesthesia and they took such good care and time and energy to explain everything to me and give me the different options cause I was a nervous wreck, but it was all fine and they were very communicative and I so appreciate them.
Dr. Schwartz is a LIFE SAVER! Literally.
I had been going to VMC across the street for 12 years. Poor service, rude staff, and 2 vets that were always overbooked. My kitty had been sick, throwing up, diarrhea, didn't want to play or eat, or be touched, she didn't meow for 2 weeks. When I called VMC on Monday 12/15, they didn't see her until 12/19. They charged me $700 for blood work and sent us home. By 12/23 we spent 12 hours and $1700 in the Vet ER. My kitty had an ultrasound, more blood work, and was sent home with meds.
And then by 1/5, but the grace of G-d, my friend Nicole referred my to BLVD PET CLINIC and they saw my kitty within 24 hours. Maria and Brenda in the front were lovely, kind, and compassionate both on the phone and in person. Dr. Schwartz is absolutely WONDERFUL! He was patient and thorough, and after 40 years of owning his own Vet Practice, knew what meds my kitty needed immediately. Within 48 hours she was eating and more social.
After 2 weeks, we had completely turned a corner. There have been some small issues, but when I call their office, Dr. Schwartz calls me back within 15 minutes, and has a solution to whatever is ailing my kitty. And always recommends not bringing her in to further traumatize her, and has new meds ready immediately for me to come pick up.
I only wish I had found this office 20 years ago when I moved out here to LA, but super grateful this is now our new permanent home and veterinary care facility. My kitty is on her way back to health, and I owe it ALL to Dr. Schwartz!

I’ve known Rama since 2010 and started seeing him for structural integration (similar to Rolfing) about a decade ago. I completed a full 10-session program back then and have returned periodically for tune-ups. I recently started another round after having a child, and just one session significantly reduced my hip pain.
Rama is deeply knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and someone I completely trust with my body. His office is comfortable and grounding, and while the work can be intense, it’s always worth it. I recommend him without hesitation.
