Abby gets 5 stars for sure! I was nervous about my Brazilian not my favorite thing and she was great the entire time. I can’t complain about the pain level and after the results I was really happy with.
I always have such a great experience with the waxers here. Angel and Keila are some of the best ones at this location! What I do notice though, and not just at this place but at ALL locations, is that European wax center gives their employees such a short amount of time to get their clients in and out the door. Although the ladies here do a great job with the time they have- it wouldn't kill European wax center to give them an extra 5-10 minutes to give their clients a better experience. I got two services done and she only had 30 minutes to finish! These ladies are great but they are also human! A big part of being serviced is being able to come in and feel taken care of but waxers can't do that if European wax center is rushing their employees. Plus- some clients cannot go through 30 mins straight of waxing. They, including myself- need a break in between sometimes. When I ask for a break, they are always so nice and give it to me but then I feel bad because I know I might be cutting into their next clients time frame. And it's no one's fault but EWC for putting them on this crazy time window. Employees are just trying to do their job but It's giving quantity over quality and it's not fair for their employees. I've been here a couple times and I can tell that these ladies are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and want to make you feel comfortable!! But it's hard when they're on an unrealistic time frame. They are doing their best but EWC needs to support their employees and not treat them like machines. Overall- this review has more to do with EWC as a company. Keila and angel are my favorites gals here. Hit them up for ALL your needs they'll get you right.
