“I suffered a bad break and dislocation in my right ankle about 25 years ago. For a long time, it was okay, but as I got into my 40s, arthritis really started to set in. It got to the point in the past few years that I could barely walk a mile (running was out of the question) without limping and/or having deep discomfort.
