I usually do not leave reviews for HVAC companies because many of them push hard for feedback, but I wanted to make an exception here. I had been dealing with a mini split problem for months after it was installed by another HVAC contractor, and nobody seemed able to diagnose the issue correctly. I even had another well-known heating and air company inspect the system, and they listed several expensive repairs, but this team really came through. Edward was the technician who came out, and he was extremely thorough with the inspection. Instead of guessing or saying a part had failed right away, he used a careful step-by-step diagnostic process to find the real problem with the mini split system. He was patient, professional, and explained the AC issue and repair options in simple terms that were easy to follow. It was clear he understood HVAC troubleshooting and wanted to fix the system the right way. Thanks to his honest work and detailed service, I plan to move my future HVAC maintenance and service agreements to this company when my current contracts end. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable air conditioning and mini split service.

Best massage experience of my life. I went in for a deep tissue massage, 120min bc my muscles are like rocks. Bryce pulled out all the stops, fascial release, trigger points gone, just the right pressure to really get the job done. His vibe is phenomenal. He is well versed in all types of naturopathic medicines and modalities of spiritual healing. It was a truly transcendent experience. I had a great experience at this salon. If you’re looking for a Black-owned salon in the West Hollywood area with reasonable prices, this is definitely worth checking out. Their sew-in prices are very affordable, and I was surprised to see they offer a silk press for just $120, which is hard to find in LA.

He is just as attentive as the reviews mention, knows scissors, fades, & few other blade tricks that I don't see on the east coast for mid length hair. i was having an absolutely terrible week and went into the shop for a pedicure. susan informed me it would be around a 45 minute wait, which wasn’t a problem, but like i said, i was having a terrible week and was very eager to find a place that could fix my disgusting feet asap.
when i stepped outside briefly, i came face to face with an unhoused individual who put his hands on me and got aggressively in my face. i don’t bring this up to shame him, it’s not his fault, it’s a systemic issue. susan immediately ran outside, saved me, brought me back in, and urged me to soak my feet and enjoy the massage chairs until she was ready. more care than my own mother who disowned me.
now we haven’t even gotten to the best part yet, the pedicure. literally the best pedicure of my life. my feet were disgusting, we’re talking big thick calluses. susan brought out the power tools for this one and shaved all that gunk off so effectively, with love, care, and passion. i am truly walking on air and feel like i lost five pounds. i cannot stop walking.
my feet are brand new and my toes are the most beautiful they have ever been. all of this for $55 including gel. can u believe it?

What keeps me coming back isn’t the salon itself, it’s Ademir and Angel. They built the trust and relationships that have kept so many of us returning year after year. I have been seeing esthetician April for 15 years, and I get compliments on my skin all the time — when people find out my real age, they are shocked! (And April herself looks 25+ years younger than she is as well without any fillers, so you know she knows her stuff!) And I don’t do any fancy fillers or procedures either, just seeing April a few times a year and following her advice, the proof is in the results!! Love the latest location as there is free parking behind the building to boot!

Bijou Beauty is the best lash salon I have used. The atmosphere is lovely. The equipment is new. The beds are comfortable. The staff is wonderful. Lauren Goldsmith does a great job. She’s a lovely person and very good at lashes and eyebrows. I highly recommend this business. If you read a negative review, I would take into consideration that some people are never happy and always looking for trouble. Contrarians love to criticize. It’s unfortunate but true.

They also had a cool red light full body bed—I’ve tried partial red light at other places, but the full body experience really puts you on another level. I’m autistic & I always consider spa/wellness experiences like this a real part of my sanity routine :) Being treated with genuine love & compassion by beautiful women, it’s just spa therapy & essential. I’m asian & that’s a big part of our culture :)

Get a combination massage you can’t go wrong. You will feel those knots gone by the next day. They offered water or tea before and after massages
Cons: no lounge to relax, just a couch in the waiting area.

Love this place. Got my first few tattoos here with Jay few months ago and I had a really great experience. I was a little nervous for the pain (I'm scared of needles) but I was suprise at how it feels kinda good lol. Jay really let me take my time with my designs and placement and the shop is really clean and tidy. I checked out some other local shops and tbh can't say they're as clean. Playink is the place to go! I went back a few weeks ago for a larger piece and again had a great experience from Jay, Jojo, and Lexi. Ended up getting an additional flash while I was there. I've recommended to all my friends and plan to go back soon whenever I decide on my next design.

I called Richard when I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink. He was able to come the following morning to my great relief. From start to finish, Richard was punctual, courteous, and professional. The P-Trap had to be replaced as it was corroded. The quality of his work was very good, and the price he quoted was reasonable. He gave tips on maintenance, and also cleaned up the kitchen area before he left which I very much appreciated. All in all, I am very happy to have found him and will call again for future plumbing glitches. Strongly recommended!!
Outstanding service, very good price.
I was having an issue with a leaky toilet and a bad valve. Avi was able to come in record time, fixed everything, installed a new angle stop valve on the wall and a new valve in the toilet, and gave me a few tips to save water. All this for a very reasonable price.
Hopefully I won't need to fix more plumbing any soon, but if I do I'm definitely calling him back. 5*

I have used Steve for years on most of my electrical requirements so it was obvious that I would ask him to install my new Tesla Charger. As usual, he did an amazing job. My how time flies... 6 years ago, Greenart Landscape Design (Brent) created an OASIS with just one brief consultation, and he had the vision I was unable/incapable of seeing. He took a lumpy incline of grass and really unusable space and turned it into a tri- level of heaven. I left him the gate keys while on a 12 day vacation, and I returned home to a space that was truly unrecognizable.
The quality of Brent and his teams work is OUTSTANDING. There is absolutely no price tag to put on his exceptional work with all the attention to every detail. Even after 6 years , I still see new variations of flowers and plants. The best investment I've made to truly have indoor and outdoor space for entertaining.

Such a beautiful and high tech dentist office!!! Dr Borzoo is one of only seven dentists in LA with the GBT cleaner - gives you a deep clean without using any metal tools! It’s done with high pressure water and it truly didn’t even feel like a cleaning it was so easy. I will definitely be coming back just so that I never have to have a regular cleaning again. And everyone who works there is so sweet. Cannot reccomend enough

I was snoring for years but I had no idea that I had sleep apnea. My dentist at Wilshire smile studio send me for sleep test and sure enough I had sleep apnea. After doing some research, I realized the harm that it was doing to my body. I was like wowww…….
I was given the option to see a medical doctor and get a CPAP or to get a oral appliance at Wilshire smile studio in order to open the airway so my body can get the oxygen it needs when I’m sleep.
Since I didn’t want to deal with a machine that restricts me from moving in my bed at night, I went for the oral appliance option.
Not only my snoring issue has been resolved, I don’t feel fatigue anymore. I feel a lot more energetic in life.
I think Wilshire smile studio saved my life with helping me resolve this issue.

Im visiting Los Angeles for work and Dr Steven came with high recommendations from people im working with. I have been suffering with pain and alignment issues for over 4 months now. Ive been to numerous therapists in Atlanta who gave me assessments, adjustments, massages, cupping and scraping sessions and to no avail my issues with my shoulder blade and spine persisted. It took less than two minutes for Dr. Hoorn to observe my issues, and identify the root cause of the issues. The results from his laser treatments have been amazing, and I also love his anti-aging products—they’ve become a big part of my skincare routine. I definitely recommend this place 1,000%! Dr Fox is easily one of the best vets in Los Angeles. The home care he gave Nova, our elderly German Shepherd mix, was better than any vet we have ever been to for her.
More importantly as we are moving to Hawaii, he greatly helped us with the entire process and made the transition as smooth as possible. Nova is currently in her new home in Hawaii all thanks to Dr. Fox!
I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews. I’ve brought my dog here for the past 5 years since she was a puppy and always received good care. She’s had two surgeries which I was super anxious about and all went well. In my experience the doctors have always been kind and listened to my concerns. I’m the person that will opt in for the additional testing when offered up because I want peace of mind. Yes, it’s definitely pricey, but personally I will pay any amount to ensure my baby gets the best possible care when needed. I also appreciate that they’ve always been able to accommodate a next day appointment, sometimes even same day, which I know is not the case everywhere!

Absolutely loved my class with Jennifer. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and overall a stellar instructor. The studio is clean and cozy. The workout incorporates the cadillac, reformer, and chair which I’ve never taken a class that has that. As a someone new to cadillac and chair, Jennifer made me feel supported and challenged. I can’t wait to take her class again.

Best massage experience of my life. I went in for a deep tissue massage, 120min bc my muscles are like rocks. Bryce pulled out all the stops, fascial release, trigger points gone, just the right pressure to really get the job done. His vibe is phenomenal. He is well versed in all types of naturopathic medicines and modalities of spiritual healing. It was a truly transcendent experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for therapeutic relaxation so deep- it feels connected to a higher source. Absolutely fantastic!!!
I have been going to this salon for massage for about 4 years, usually once every two months. I do not choose a specific massage therapist, but go at a time that is convenient for me, all the people working there are good specialists. If you need to urgently get rid of muscle pain or just relax, then this is the place where you will be helped. I highly recommend Golden Ocean.
When I entered the spa, a very attractive lady explained the different rates to me and I decided go for the half hour option. I was surprised by how nice the room was and how comfortable the table was. The masseuse asked me if there were any areas in particular I wanted addressed. I told her to start with my neck and shoulders. She asked me if I wanted hard or soft. I told her medium. She put in good amount of effort and had a really nice touch. Next time I might try the hot stones massage!
I’d never had a massage like this before. Julia walks in like something out of a dream and proceeds to give me the best full massage I could ever imagine. She was very sweet and knew exactly what I needed. If I ever return to LA I will definitely be back.

His overall story, from South Korea to Sunset Boulevard, is an incredible testament to his devotion to family and a continuous pursuit of professional excellence.
His services are not purely acupuncture as his incredible knowledge of anatomy, various massage techniques, and inventory of specialized equipment are truly of the highest level. In all honesty I've never even asked to see the machines as I'm usually hobbling in looking ridiculous; I'm just there for relief and trust the man to do the job, and he delivers in spades. The facility is always clean, and the individual treatment rooms are comfortable to be in (not to small).

I love Barlow Clinic and have been here for nearly every service they offer. I’m somewhat picky about massages and Jonathan is hands down the best masseuse I have ever had. I recommend him to everyone I know. I prefer deeper massages but not so crazy that they hurt - Jonathan is extremely professional, knows what he is doing and has the most calming energy. Marty is also a great masseuse and does some really incredible referral/trigger point work if you are interested in that.For acupuncture, Nicholas is amazing- his energy is so gentle and he is really intuitive. I have felt great emotional release from his acupuncture and cupping has helped my recovery so much.Sandra for PT is on another level. She has diagnosed things for me that other PTs have gotten wrong or not been sure about. The thing I love about her the most is that she is really invested in helping you understand your and what’s going on - she doesn’t just give you exercises without explanation, she teaches you by showing you on her little model skeletons how movement patterns affect different nerve systems, muscles, etc. Highly recommend!Last but not least Dr. Mensah is a highly regarded and super professional chiropractor. He has helped me with upper back issues and I have friends he has helped get over a myriad of hip and other issues.Also the space is gorgeously curated and just a generally pleasant experience to go- don’t miss this place!
I cannot be more thankful for Dr. Lim. He has great reviews for a reason!! As a military combat Veteran, I've been dealing with multiple chronic pain due to chronic post-op pain for the last decade. After a couple of sessions, I haven't felt this good, genuinely gives me tears of joy after Dr. Lim's treatments. For those that suffer from chronic pain, you'll understand. Dr Lim is also a Veteran of the R.O.K Army (Republic of Korea), a retired mechanical engineer and now a phenomenal Doctor. He is very meticulous when applying acupuncture and cupping...I believe its from him being analytical from engineering experience. I am completely impressed because he understands how the body is wired. Over the years, I've had my fair share of a dozen other acupuncturist but Dr Lim has been the best; providing top quality patient care. The office and room are clean and soothing. Dr. Lim takes his time and gets to know exactly where you are feeling pain and how painful it is and will adjust his treatment according to your tolerance. He first administers acupuncture and followed by cupping which you don't realize how tight and stiff you are until he does it. It will loosen you up! I highly recommend Dr. Lim if you are experiencing pain or if you are just not feeling well or keeping your body fine tuned. His knowledge and care is well worth it!
