His active release technique has been much more effective for me than adjustments alone. I saw Dr. Jack every week while I was training for my marathon and he was able to stop all the little aches and pains in their tracks, before they could turn into more serious issues that could have derailed my training. Thanks to him I was able to cross the finish line pain- and injury-free! Dr. Jack is an athlete so he understands the needs of active people. He's also extremely empathetic and caring. The office runs smoothly and the staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely punctual, too. I usually don't have to wait even a minute for my appointment. A little side-note: depending on your insurance you may have to pay out-of-pocket a bit for each session for the individualized active release treatment, but it's worth it. Also, as of this writing, practitioners at this practice mask during treatment and there is a high-quality air filter running in the treatment room. I really appreciate this office going above and beyond to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all patients.“
