We hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and bathroom and install new flooring throughout the house, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Our project manager, Jesse, explained every part of the remodel clearly from the beginning and made sure we understood the scope, timeline, materials, and next steps. Communication was one of the best parts of the process. Jesse kept us updated the whole way through, so we always knew what stage the work was in and what was coming next. That made the renovation feel much less stressful and much more organized. Jesse really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy during each phase of the project. “We had a great experience with our recent bathroom remodel. We decided to upgrade to a beautiful new quartz countertop, and the installation team, Malik and Diego, arrived right on time. They quickly got to work prepping the bathroom for the new countertop. Even though there was a small delay in the arrival of the countertop, Malik and Diego kept us informed and made the wait much easier. They even offered to reassemble everything until the next day, but we decided to wait. The team showed up early the following morning and got right back to work. Malik and Diego clearly take pride in their craftsmanship, making sure every detail was just right. After finishing the job, they made sure to clean up everything, leaving our space spotless. It was a windy day, and they even took the extra step to tidy up our front porch before leaving.
