Anna Cheselka Dance Center

I'm almost age 60 & can kick up into a full split & beyond that. This place is awesome & I've danced prima ballet en pointe with some of the students here also at other dance studios in the area.

Anna is both a consummate professional business owner and an invested instructor. Of four local dance studios that I called to inquire about private lessons, she was the only one who called back - and did so promptly. When we met, she took the time to understand both the previous experience as well as goals of the dancers before beginning. It is clear that Anna is not just a dancer who teaches by talking at the students , but rather a teacher who is able to instruct and coax the adjustments from her students - communicating differently to each. I hope all dancers have a chance to have his kind of experience!

This is a very nice, friendly, small studio, with good teachers, lots of classes, and very reasonably priced if you buy 8 or more classes at a time. I am a adult beginner in ballet and I was made to feel very welcome! Check out Nancy's Sunday class.
