Based on the reviews, Marc's Pro Grill Cleaning provides exceptional service. Customers describe Marc and Brent as super nice, friendly, professional, and genuinely kind people. They are masters of their craft who treat appliances with care. Their work is absolutely exceptional and phenomenal. They completely bring grills and ranges back to life, making old equipment look brand new. For example, a 15 year-old barbecue looked like a 1 year-old barbecue after their service. They do a massive deep clean, taking everything apart and ensuring all parts are in good shape. They also provide great extra touches, like cleaning surrounding stone and teaching customers how to properly use and maintain their grills. Customers find them a pleasure to have in the home and highly recommend them. The service is thorough and leaves customers incredibly happy.

I cannot say enough good things about Marc and Brent! They have come out to our house twice now, and their work is absolutely exceptional.
The first time, they did a massive deep clean on our Viking range, which hadn't been properly cleaned in probably 10 years. They completely brought it back to life! Because we cook a ton in this house, we had them back this year to do a full cleanout of our range hood, and once again, they did a phenomenal job.

Marc and Brent were absolutely wonderful to work with. It felt like having my dad come over to help with a project — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was done right.
They did an incredible job cleaning my grill and pizza oven; both look brand new. They even took the time to clean the stone surrounding the grill, which was such an appreciated extra touch. Before they left, they walked me through how to properly use and maintain the grill and shared great tips for keeping it clean going forward.
