So glad I finally ventured in and got a massage at Fred Parker Wellness. I'm a massage therapist, so I'm picky, and I wasn't disappointed at all.
Daniel was my therapist, and I can't wait to rebook. He had a great technique and flow, and listened to my issues and addressed them 100%. He was flexible to adjust as needed and has a great touch.
The space was large, great lighting, clean floors, soothing spa music. I LOVE that it's owned by an ACTUAL massage therapist and not some Venture Capital firm trying to make money off of massage therapists and their clients... Great job Fred! Can't wait to come to a sound bath soon too!
HUGE thanks to Fred at Fred Parker Wellness for the most incredible experience today. This was my first time having a lymphatic drainage massage that he combined with some work on my chronic back issues. I'm opening a show this week in a role that requires a lot from me emotionally. Fred addressed how the acting work can be stored in the body, something I think I knew deep down but never quite fully considered! A truly one of a kind experience. I will most certainly be back. Grateful!!
Fred Parker was able to make a special birthday massage sound bath celebration for my son. He was so surprised and grateful for everything! And the experience helped him feel less stress. Our massage therapists were great! Tonya has magic hands!!! Nazra our sound bath guru took us to another world! We loved it and would highly recommend to others.
