I will be honest in saying I was terrified to see a chiropractor the first time I went. But Dr Helo put me at ease immediately. Dr. Helo was amazing. I hurt by lower back picking up a table and it wasn't getting better. It actually got way worse and my hip and leg started hurting. I went to Dr. Helo desperate for relief from pain. After the first appt my pain improved. First my leg stopped hurting and then my hip. After a few appts my back stopped hurting. I have been going back once a week to make sure I don't ever go back to the place I was at before Dr. Helo. He was amazing and was the only thing that improved my back and hip pain.
I would like to do this from my heart everytime I come to Total Wellness Center I feel like I'm coming to my home I'm always greeted with a beautiful smile from Vivian and Lizzet then having Dr. Helo treat me as I was his family. Today is my last day I will miss everyone in the office they always made me feel good an amazing an after I left I felt comfortable that I will get better an I am doing great.
