Marcio @Alpha Grooming Pet Salon disguises himself as a dog mobile groomer. He was able to take care of 2 rescue Cairns who had never been groomed before. They were very fearful of noise and had unusual fear responses. He was kind and patient with them all, helped them get used to new sounds, and reduced any stress. The experience was a success, and they came out looking great. He is attentive to the dogs' reactions and shows concern for them. He is a great friend, and I cannot recommend him enough. Marcio Alves was great & showed much caring. My dog is very timid so Marcio's caring & patience really helped. Marcio would talk to him & assure him all would be OK. I will definitely have him back.
Rachel and Francoise did a wonderful job on our large sheltie. She is older with arthritis and a bad knee. They were very gentle with her and she looks great. Both our dogs loved Rachel, I've never seen them take to somebody so quickly. I would totally recommend them.
