Monica is amazing!!!! I have been to many massage therapists and they all usually recommend the deep tissue massage, in which will leave you sore and maybe a little relief. Monica on the other hand, she listens and asks before each visit what she needs to focus on. She has methods that not only provide relief, the results stay and she has helped heal some of the daily pains I used to encounter.
Can not thank Monica enough, she's definitely a blessing , and takes the time to actually listen and tailor a plan to hit the spots just right.. went from thinking I was a lost cause with my pain, to now knowing she's going to do everything she can to get me back to tip top..
Monica is amazing, I see her once a month and I feel great after my session. She helped me get through a back issue I had for about a month. I could not walk without her help getting me back on my feet. I will not go anywhere else. She definitely knows what she is doing and always look forward to my next session.
