“OUTSTANDING! Seen on 6/17/26. Had to go in to Urgent Care for an ear issue. Checked in via MyHealth Online prior to going in. Took my vitals, asked me to be seated, after a very short wait, took me to the exam room. Again a very short wait and Dr. Yip came to examine. Friendly greeting, immediatley put me at ease with a positive, comforting, and competent demeanor. My first Urgent Care visit in 25 years and this one with Dr. Yip was vastly better than my prior experiences. Every staff member I dealt with was courteous, efficient, and friendly. Not what I expected. Always great to deal with professional people. Thanks!“
