I love this EW Center (Trinity Parkway!! The staff here is always so welcoming and friendly! I really appreciate the customer service provided by the front assistant -GSA Belen!! She made me comfortable the moment I entered! My wax specs, Koryn was super gentle and she cared about how I was feeling during the entire process! She was amazing and left nothing behind!! lol Her technique was gentle and without discomfort. I left there feeling amazing!!
Ritu was kind and gentle . She did a thorough job and I was satisfied . Her manager Adina has been the most polite and helpful manager I have ever spoken to. I’m disabled and she always helps me get in at good times as well as solve an issues I may have. She’s efficient and polite . The company is lucky to have her
She was nice and made me feel comfortable and very minimum pain. This was my first time at this facility as I just moved to Cali. I am pleased with my bikini wax and will be back next month.BELINDA
