“I am very pleased with Superior Granite. Working with Maggie from the start has been wonderful. The gentlemen that came to install our countertops were excellent! Very professional and took pride in their work. The results were awesome. I couldn’t be happier!! I would recommend no doubt!”
“My experience was not the best, I was given a price for a fine end cabinet and ended up not being what I paid for, the cabinet had a wood separation in the door from low quality plywood, the hardware was mix match and the dimensions were off by 1/4” in one cabinet only,
I was given the option to have a new door sent via ups which I decline because of time constraint.
The customer service was great, but the quality had so much to be desired.”
“I had superb customer service from Saqib at Granite Expo and wanted to recognize how much he went out of his way to help with my kitchen and bathroom project.
From the start, Saqib was punctual and professional. He took the time to walk me through all the product options and was incredibly descriptive about each one, explaining the pros, cons, finishes, and what would work best for my space and budget. He answered every question patiently and never made me feel rushed.
What stood out most was how far he went to help. He helped me coordinate details for both my kitchen and bathroom, made sure I understood timelines, and followed up to ensure everything was on track. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right for the customer.
If you’re heading to Granite Expo, ask for Saqib. His knowledge, reliability, and dedication made a complex project feel easy. I highly recommend him.”
