These ladies are miracle workers! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. We bought a house that was left in an absolutely filthy state by the seller. The bathtub, toilets, shower were disgusting, thick cobwebs were over all of the walls and draperies, the carpet in the master bedroom was covered with trash. We were so discouraged when we had the walk-thru with the seller's agent. Valerie and her cleaning partner were such hard-workers and kept coming back before and after other cleaning jobs to clean every surface of the house including the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. I have used Stain Patrol since 2005 for carpet cleaning, carpet installation and laminate flooring. When we decided to sell our home, I called Hugo to inquire about replacing carpet on the stairway. He came to our home the next day, purchased the carpet and installed it two hours prior to the open house. Our home sold the first day thanks to Hugo. He is dependable, affordable and truly a great local business.

Despite the bad reviews they had I went forward and scheduled an appointment. Very satisfied with my clean carpet, I had a couple of stains and they managed to remove them. Thank you!!
