This store has great customer service. From the time we walked in several people asked if we needed help.We said no while we looked around and nobody was following us. Once we were ready we dealt with Shelia and she was amazing. Answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back.

We have been to Floor and Decor in Lakeland Fl at least once every day for the past 2 weeks. EVERY employee we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a pleasure to be at this store. Two employees are EXTREMELY friendly and pleasant. Brandy and Tom make you feel like family. They are joys to deal with. While all employees are great, Brandy and Tom are exceptional employees. They are true assets to your store. They deserve "kudos". Please let them know they are appreciated by your customers.

Odaly’s is absolutely amazing at her job! She helped us design our bathrooms and kitchen for our home we’re building. She truly has a gift! She made a stressful situation, fun and easy! Highly recommend! Floor and decor is extremely lucky to have her as an employee!
