First off, what an amazing and gifted staff. The coaches do an incredible job and keeping things fun and keeping the kids engaged, while blending the techniques of the sport and the life skills martial arts can provide a child. The adult classes are amazing with a great variety of body types and skill levels to grow along with. I am incredibly happy with my decision to train along side these great people, and you will be too.
The 3 coaches are all awesome and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and they have loaner gear for newbies like myself and the classes are fast paced and you get good exercise. Prices for classes are super affordable. They have a first class free for new customers. Definitely check this place out.
