I would definitely recommend getting waxed with Johanna. She made me feel very comfortable and safe, and she is incredibly friendly and sweet. She took her time during my wax, guided me through the process, and reassured me by letting me know what to expect while making sure I was comfortable and able to handle everything. She explained the aftercare thoroughly and made me feel like more than just a random customer—I truly felt cared for. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely go back!
Came from Bay Area.. this place is a diamond in the rough. Joanna is so professional and kind which made this visit comfortable. Highly recommend.I parked on the street in front before I realized there was parking in the back. Suite F. Of note: it's a shared office with lashes so just know your in the right place
What a sweet woman and super professional. I have been getting waxed for several years so the pain/discomfort is nothing new to me but getting waxed by her was amazing - I felt almost no pain. I also learned a lot about proper post-wax care down there With such a great job and great service, the wax lady will be my regular wax lady from now on :)
