“Earlier this summer, my AC condenser blew up and damaged the entire unit. I received quotes from 6 HVAC companies. My relator recommended Russo's and he was right. The owner, Guy, personally came and inspected the old unit at no charge to see if it was worth repairing and concluded the best course was a full replacement. He even quoted lower than all the other HVAC companies. He gave me time to consider my options and once I made the call, he was able to get the crane and install team on site the next day (good timing too because it was 100 that day). Had everything running by 2pm. The install team was very professional, and even had me come up on the roof to explain everything they had done.
