“I've been going to Pilates with Passion for over 10 years (with some breaks due to illness). Kelly is smart, fit, and very knowledgeable as well as a great instructor. She works at your skill level and makes accommodations for any special needs. Kelly helped me to lose 50lbs after 9 months of high dose steroids, to recover after a hip replacement, and regain motion and strength after two disc replacements and a second hip surgery. Plus Pilates is fun, graceful, and challenging. (I tried several classes at Club Pilates and there is so much more to it than what they teach, plus they don't teach you the core ideas or the ways to be safe. One of the moves they had my class do was not a traditional Pilates manoeuvre and I actually fractured my T11 vertebra while trying to do it. There's a reason the classes are cheaper.) Go to Pilates with Passion for the real deal.“

“I have been a client of Daily Breath Pilates since 2016. The studio is very clean and is a small, comfortable space. The reformers are beautiful and well maintained. It feels like a family environment since many of the same clients and instructors have been there for years.The instructors are all wonderful and most have been with Daily Breath since the studio opened. They are so kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. The classes are challenging and enjoyable with a lot of variety. The instructors provide modifications so that the exercises are possible for everyone at any level. I am also completing the teacher training program with Daily Breath because of my love for Pilates! I have been learning so much and receiving excellent guidance from Renata who is a true expert- she is the best! The program is well organized and very informative. Renata has a lot of experience and knowledge and she shares this with her students. I am so thankful to be part of the Daily Breath Pilates community!“

The top athletes in the world train at Proactive and all their equipment is state-of-the-art, most advanced machines and technology in the world. “I absolutely hate working out. I have had a gym membership for 30 years and have never consistently gone. On September 1st of last year I decided to give the perfect workout a try. Except for being sick or injured I have managed to go twice a week and am noticing results. Holly is a fantastic trainer and is a pleasure to work with. She knows her stuff and cares about your success. I highly recommend this program. I still hate working out but because it’s only 20 minutes I am able to manage.“

“I've been working out with Holly 1:1, 3 times a week, for about 3 months now and am so delighted! I sought out a trainer in a private gym because I had an injury/medical issue in 2016 that I never really properly recovered from & It had been stopping me from getting back into the gym on my own - I was concerned I'd injure myself because my body was out of balance & weak, and also it just felt overwhelming. I'm in my early 40s and feel more cautious than I did when I was in my 20s & 30s! So, I did some research & gave Holly a call. I started out interested in only private Pilates lessons, but our work has expanded to include strength training sessions on the gym floor. I'm starting to see results, which is awesome - my waist is trimmer, and I definitely have more muscle definition in my arms and legs. I also can tell I've gotten stronger - I feel that in my day to day life just doing regular stuff. Hiking, doing stuff in my garden, grocery store trips - I feel sturdier on my feet and a little more agile. One of my favorite moments in working out is when we discover I've gotten strong or confident enough to do a particular exercise I couldn't do before! And I totally appreciate Holly's expertise & judgement - she is cautious and always modifies or changes an exercise if something hurts or is off and I feel safe in that she won't have me do anything that's going to cause an injury. She is mindful of skipping positions that will unnecessarily strain my joints (like knees) and instead replacing them with exercises that will target the same muscle but be easier on the joint involved. I also really like Holly as a person - she's smart, patient, funny, kind, appropriately challenging. It's been fun getting to know each other and that also makes it better on the days I just don't feel like working out or am low energy for whatever reason. So basically, 10/10 - I've had a great experience & if you're interested in an experienced, pragmatic, challenging, and supportive trainer you should totally give her a call.“

“This is my happy place - I wish I could go 5 days a week. Kenny is so accommodating and supportive. I love the motivation, direction, and good energy I get from the trainers and music. I have tried other gyms with similar formats, but these guys have the right formula for me. Every day is a little different (some workouts tougher than others), and I know I'm going to leave feeling good. This is the first place I've gone to in all my years of belonging to a gym where I said to myself, "I can't wait to go back." You can workout and be anonymous, but generally, the people working out are friendly and it's a nice little community. The best part for me these days is that it's a solid workout in 45 minutes! I've been so slammed with work and kids that I used to sacrifice my workout. But I can commit to 45 minutes to take care of myself. So happy that I found this place!“
