The technician, Alex, came by after I called and scheduled an appointment. I was not home but talked with him from doorbell. Our conversation was muddled so he took the initiative and called me on the phone. Confirmed that he could go into the backyard. And he explained to me what procedures he was going to perform and why. I am dealing with metal mice, gophers and ground squirrels. He checked the traps, treated the areas for ground squirrels.
