I have been going to Dilpa since they first opened up at the Simi Valley town center and have recommended her and her colleague to everyone. I fall in love with eyebrows every time.
I have been seen Dilpa for 15 years and she is absolutely wonderful. She does the best threading I have ever had done. She opened up her own business royal threading and she is the only one I would ever use. I highly recommend her if you ever need any type of threading done!
Best place in town,definitely give it a try,they made my eyebrows even finally,all the girls working there are very talented and very friendly stuff,so happy with my eyebrows every single time I go.
