“I had an excellent experience with Ceramic Pro Simi Valley/ Jacy Auto Detail and highly recommend them.

With the recent heat wave in Southern California, I wanted to have my windows tinted as soon as possible. Several other shops were already fully booked for Saturday appointments, but Caleb was kind enough to fit me into the schedule. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision rather than simply making a sale.

I had received a lower quote from another shop and mentioned it to Caleb. Initially, I was considering carbon tint, but Caleb and his staff patiently explained the advantages of ceramic tint, especially its superior heat rejection during our recent extreme temperatures. They even showed me another vehicle with ceramic tint so I could see the difference for myself. That helped me make an informed decision with confidence.

I would also like to recognize Jorge, who worked on my car. Even while I was still deciding, he remained patient, professional, and never rushed me. His workmanship was excellent, and the installation was flawless.

A special thank you to Phoebe as well. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to demonstrate how paint correction could improve the appearance of my vehicle by polishing a small section of the hood. There was absolutely no pressure—just honest advice and outstanding customer service.

The ceramic tint has made a noticeable difference. My car stays much cooler inside, I don’t have to run the air conditioning nearly as high, and I no longer feel the intense heat coming through the windows during these hot Southern California days.
