The lady who was doing my nails was very rough and she cut me with the nail Dremel. The acrylic didn't go all the way to my cuticle. I got French-tip acrylics, the French tips were messy. Would not go again. Yes I know I'm young.
I came to passion nails and went to Sophie for gel x fill and removals. In the end I liked the way she did my nails, per my instruction, but Sophie was very hesitant to do them the way I wanted it. The prices keep going up and is so expensive. Not only inflation hits businesses, but it also hits customers. She was very rude, no conversation. Even when I asked her something she pretends she didn't hear you. Is it necessary to be this rude? Expensive on top of that very rude. I won't be going back.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Passion Nails! They can do any design and shape you ask for, they have extended hours and their shop is so clean! Ask for Vivi-she's the BEST!!
