From the start, picking her up, to getting her ready for viewing, the staff at Rose Mortuary took very good care of my mom!
Everything I needed was compassionately handled in this warm family-like atmosphere. I also had the service done of getting a memorial video made there, and it was excellent!
There was a small adjustment that had to be done on the video, and it was reviewed and corrected immediately. Each visit to the mortuary was a quick stop, giving me less to think about right after the loss of my dear mom.
The director of the mortuary, and the rest of the staff, made a difficult situation for my family and I much easier to deal with! I truly appreciated their respectful, kind, and attentively caring attitude in dealing with families who are mourning.
