Phil is by far the best teacher out there ! I had lessons with another company and learnt more in the first 10 minutes with his knowledge and guidance than all the other lessons ! I failed my first behind the wheel test but I know now with Phil I will pass the next one ! The absolute best !!

Phil was such a great teacher. He is very patient with new drivers. My son was happy each time he came back from a lesson. He said Phil made him feel comfortable and confident. He even took the time to speak with me when I asked him what to watch out for when I let my son practice with my car. He is very knowledgeable and has a very sweet and calm demeanor. This school was very reasonably priced and very accommodating. I would highly recommend them for first time drivers.

Well let me start by saying he does have a good reputation at the dmv in Simi Valley and he was able to help my daughter and wife pass the driving test.. however my wife was telling me that from when he picked her up till after the test he was flirting with small talk and telling her how he likes to wear less clothing and scuba dives and even asked if she rents rooms at the house.. and still even after me as her husband walked her out and he asked if she was married.. but for the test he did help
