After a few minutes on the phone and after a getting information on my foundation concerns, he was able to conclude that it was likely not a foundational problem, but a leak causing moisture, swelling and subsequent shift in the structure of the home. Turns out he was right. After some investigation, the piping running near the water heater had a significant leak. Few people left like him. I appreciate your assistance Ken.“
“Called Thor to install an ev charger in the garage. Ryan came out the next day and evaluated our current circuit box. He provided a fair estimate to install a sub panel n install the charger. The next morning Jason, Johnny and Sean arrived to install the sub panel. They ran into a problem from prior work (not done by them) which could have resulted in dry wall issues. They continued to troubleshoot the issue n were able to resolve the problem without any dry wall issues. “Hello, we recently had Jason Fernandez and the team at JLF Tub and Tile Reglazing and they did a great job. Right now, we are not in a position to do an entire bathroom remodel, and the tub had a ton of wear and tear of a low cost tract home from the early 90's. The tub had rust around the fixtures, around the drain, and from the spout... With a reference from our plumber Jeff Bauer Plumbing and Rooter, he said that Jason and his team do good work. We want to give special recognition to Walter who was the technician who completed the tile and tub reglaze within 3-4 hours. We had asked him if he wanted coffee or water, but he powered on through. Despite having that smell like you are on the middle of a very busy nail salon, you can't beat the price in today's competitive marketplace. This was much more cost effective than purchasing a new in-ground tub into our property and will be a much better addition to the bathroom. If you are in the Ventura County/West Valley area, and are looking for a fair and reasonable tile and tub reglazer with good value, excellent communication, and follow up; we do recommend JLF Reglazing and Tile Refinishing.“

As a project manager myself, the best 2 compliments I can give their entire team are 1) how well organized their operation is and 2) how nice, caring and kind hearted their entire team were.The biggest compliment we got (over and over), came from other construction teams working on our home. "We've never seen a whole yard be built this fast." This is very much in part to our project manager, Blaise. He is the absolute best! Blaise is top notch at many aspects, but for me, time management, problem solving and thoughtfulness made our job super smooth.
