Had AAction Pest Control a while back, but cancelled due to poor service. Decided to try them again. Glad I did, Raymond was outstanding, knowledgeable, polite, and explained to me what changes were made to provide a better service. Raymond did a complete job and explained to what was being been. Chris came out to my place today to do a quick treatment and he was awesome. Very nice and professional and explained to me the situation (my 1st time experiencing termites!). He was in an out in under an hour and did a great job. I was very happy5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

We are long time clients of the Tim Cooley family owned Pest Control that is now Action Pest Control. When our painter informed us that a large cross beam was infested we did not hesitate to call Action. Technician Chris did the initial inspection and termite treatment. Chris was knowledgable, professional and gave us seniors peace of mind with the explanation and repair. We would easily refer Action and Chris to our neighbors and friends if and when the situation calls for any type of pest treatment. Our family has been in the Pest Control industry for many generations. I’m the owner Ronald Allen Trefrenn. I Started in the industry working for my uncle in 1993. Later I joined the Air Force and spent 4 years serving in the military. We provide termite and pest control solutions to residents of Ventura County and Los Angeles County. I started my company in 2005, and we have been enjoying the relationships we have built with our customers ever since. In fact, many of our first customers can attest to that, as they are still with us today.
