Came to Dr. Heather after a month of dealing with an inconsolable infant. We tried gripe water, probiotics, gas drops…the next step would have been antacids but that felt more like a bandaid, not a solution so I decided to try a chiropractor. We did 4 sessions in a week and it’s like I have a new baby! No more 2+ hours of rocking him to sleep while he’s crying, nothing working to calm him down, not milk, not burping, not diaper change…I was at my wits end. Can’t say enough great things! I came to Dr. Valinsky at the recommendation of my doula when I found out my baby was footling breech at 36 weeks pregnant and to help with generalized hip/ back pain associated with pregnancy. She is Webster technique certified with experience in prenatal and postnatal care. She was warm, kind and professional from the start and created a treatment plan to maximize my pelvic space, giving baby the best chance to flip.
