I want to counteract the one star review left in the Fall of 2023. Dr. Spitzer was just at my house this afternoon to put down our senior dog via Lap of Love. She was wonderful. I met her outside at her car, and we talked a little bit about the decision before she came in and I was able to tell her some details about Rocket. We talked more with her as a family when she came inside. At no point did we feel rushed or that she wasn’t completely gentle with him. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it and then again before she did each step. It's taken me 2 weeks to stop crying long enough to write a review. On one of the worst days of my life, I could not have hoped for a more compassionate, person to assist with saying goodbye to my dog. Dr. Jessica's knowledge, experience, compassion, and respect for both myself and my dog were apparent. I will be forever grateful for her partnership on this emotional day. Her heartfelt handwritten note with the enclosed poem was so much appreciated. Thank you, Dr. Jessica and Lap of Love for what you do.

I feel blessed to have had Dr. Spitzer come to the house, in our hour of need. She was so kind and gentle and our dog went over the bridge w/o being scared. It was truly a wonderful experience. Strange to hear the word "wonderful" to describe losing a pet, but knowing that she went comfortably and painlessly, when her time came, made all the difference. Thank you sooo much.
