“From the first visit to Alameda, Paul was waiting in the lobby before we opened the door. Through out the discussion, he guided us step by step with his calm voice, personality and attitude. We had no clue at all as to how to start preparing the funeral service for our daughter. In the past two months, Paul has given us helpful support and suggestions, most importantly, it helped to calm our sorrows during this difficult time.
On the Memorial Service, Michael and Mayra have given their best support to our family and friends. They noticed the details, their efficiency and their respect to family, touched our hearts. From the beginning of the Service till the final burial service at Gate of Heaven, their professionalism is beyond doubt. They always prepare one step ahead of us. We have nothing but tons of gratitude towards them.
