I had a mani/pedi before an upcoming trip/wedding. Li and Karen were both wonderful - so friendly and welcoming as well as very detail oriented and patient. They made sure the polish was dry before leaving (and I blocked off enough time to sit for a bit). This is a small, independently owned business that has been around for 37 years! Karen shared that some of her clients knew her when she was pregnant and have now seen her child get married. As others have mentioned, the prices are quite low, what I would call pre-inflation pricing, so tip generously!

Karen is very good and spends a lot of time with you. Their prices are very good, and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely be coming here again. The service and quality is top-tier.

I love this salon for many reasons; starting with its "Mom & Pop shop" feel. It's the longest standing business of its kind in Saratoga, and it's where all the long time locals go. I love supporting small business, and so have been to many nail salons around here. By far Saratoga Nails has the most interesting clients and it is truly a neighborhood place. The owner has not changed for 30+ years, and the staff are the most personable and friendly than any other I have ever experienced! Jessica is amazing and if you like the natural nail look as I do, then choose color 15 :)
