I had a few concerns based off my previous experience elsewhere and she made me feel confident and comfortable that I was in good hands. My treatment was painless and quick. Upon entering I was greeted by the woman at the front desk who is lovely with making the check in and check out process a breeze. He is a fascinating human and a solidly excellent doctor. I much prefer the model of his type of private practice, rather than the cattle call of “corporately” structured ones like California Skin. “Dr Roy, hands down, is the best at what he does. I trust him whole heartedly and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face. He genuinely cares about his patients and how they are feeling. I had concerns during my post op healing. I sent Dr. Roy a text. He responded later that day and put my mind at ease. I later learned he was on vacation with his family when I had texted him. Dr. Roy could have waited to reply or passed me off to one of his great assistants, but he took time away from his family to reply himself. I had procedures done in September 2023. I really didn’t experience much pain because Dr. Roy and his assistants know what they’re doing and have steps in place to minimize the pain. But, if I’m being honest, I took longer than most to heal. I didn’t have the results that I had hoped for at 30 days post op and not even at 3 months. I wore glasses to hide my results and I was beginning to second guess my decision to have surgery. I was so disappointed that I didn’t look like all those before and after pictures that he posts on social media. All the while, through my negativity and disappointment, Dr. Roy put up with me. I even started to cry in his office at one of my checkups. He was just so supportive and he kept assuring me that I needed to be patient and that he wasn’t going anywhere. He wanted me to be happy. I wish I could go back to tell myself to be patient and not waste so much energy on worrying so much. I’m happy to say, I’m at exactly 5 months and a week post op and my results are amazing! I don’t look tired anymore. My muscles are still healing, but I’m excited. The best part is that no one outside of my immediate circle has any clue that I had anything done. I look like me, but a younger version of me. Would I do it again and entrust Dr. Roy? In a heartbeat, absolutely 100%!“

“Both Dr. Murase and her staff are excellent. I wanted metal allergy testing before a knee replacement and there wasn't quite enough time to schedule all three visits and I was about to skip it, when her assistant who overheard me trying to make the appointments spoke up and volunteered to come into work an hour early one day to make it happen. Turns out I AM allergic to the metal that would have implanted! Dr. Murase knows her stuff and is a kind and caring provider. Couldn't ask for more. They saved me a world of hurt and possibly even my life.“
“Dr. Morganroth is an exceptional dermatologist who has done a fantastic job treating my facial skin cancer. His bedside manner may not always be his strength (especially if he’s under time pressure), but his expertise, competence, and professionalism more than make up for it. He performed two Moh’s surgeries on my face, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only did he remove the cancerous cells, but he also left me looking younger (improved wrinkles) with minor scarring (you have to look closely to see these scars) and no skin grafts required (even on a six-round Moh’s surgery). I’m grateful for his care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled dermatologist.“
