Best Saratoga Carpet Cleaning
“jay is phenomenal! We reached out after our friend's dog chewed a piece of our hand woven rug, and he had us bring it in the very next day so he could inspect the damage. He explained the best carpet and rug repair option, shared helpful background about the rug, and gave us great advice on cleaning, stain care, and regular maintenance. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he also has a beautiful selection of rugs and padding available. Our rug was returned fully repaired, carefully vacuumed, and looking refreshed in just a few days. Beyond the quality of his work, jay was very kind and kept us informed through each step of the process. the communication was clear, the turnaround was fast, and the overall service felt professional from start to finish. we really appreciated how thorough he was and how much care he put into restoring the rug. i would absolutely use him again for rug cleaning, carpet care, padding, or any future repairs. we highly recommend his service, and it is hard to find this level of skill and customer care.”
