William T Watkins DDS is described by patients as simply the best of the best. He is a very professional and exceptional dentist who takes great pride in his craft. Patients report a very high level of care and expertise, with many driving out of their way for over 10 to 15 years to receive it. He is known for providing true care for his patients as people, personally following up and ensuring direct access for emergencies. The practice is recognized for making patients with significant dental fear feel heard and comfortable. The dentist is patient, listens carefully, and ensures patients are fully numb before and during procedures, helping their fear subside. The crowns he makes are noted to last the longest, and he provides great references for specialists. His staff is wonderful, kind, pleasant, and manages to accommodate patients efficiently. The office is very clean, well-maintained, and relaxing, with rooms offering a pleasant succulent garden view. Patients express being happy to have found him and feel they receive the level of care their family deserves.
Dr Watkins is the best dentist. Every time I get problems with my teeth, his staff will manage to find a time to get to see him. He is very professional and honestly, the crowns he made last the longest. He has also great references to root canal dentist. Happy to find him many years ago.
In the past, I had a very bad experience with a Dentist and it kept me from keeping up with my yearly dental work. I'm extremely hard to numb for even basic dental work, so you can imagine what caused my fear. (I've just recently been diagnosed with EDS and apparently many people with that can have issues getting fully numb with anesthesia, so my issue is not a common one) I did a lot of research to find a new dentist and the reviews I found for Dr Watkins made me hopeful. On my first visit, I expressed the experience and fear I had and he made me feel like he really listened. When it was time to do restorative work on my teeth, he did not start until we were both satisfied with my level of numbness. He was able to do the work and my fear about my dental visits subsided. During following dental work, he has even stopped in the middle of a procedure to give me an extra boost if needed. He's given me a level of office comfort I have not had since I was a child and I no longer have any fear of scheduling dental work. He has personally called me at home to check on me and I have direct access for after hours emergencies. His staff is wonderful, kind, and pleasant. The office is very clean & well maintained and I enjoy the succulent garden view each room has. Almost the whole back wall is window, so it's relaxing.
Simply the best of the best. I've been driving out of my way for over 15 years to receive the level of care and expertise my family deserves, from Dr Watkins himself to every single member of his staff. I'm serious, this is an exceptional Doctor who takes great pride in his craft and the true care of his patients as people as well. If he's accepting new patients, go.
