Jim did a area rug + 2 sofas + 1 fabric chair deep cleaning job for me. Overall, he did a stellar job and I am extremely satisfied with the result.

Jim was easy to hire after we reached out to him. Excellent rates, easy communication and giving us a convenient availability.

He arrived right on time, worked out a little bit of complexity in accessing the water supply and proceeded to skillfully clean each item. He was very pleasant and courteous. He completed the job in 2 hours and I was very pleased with how clean my yellow sofas looked and how bright my area carpet came out. Thank you Jim!!

Jim was easy to reach by phone, he always answered right away, I never had to play phone tag with him. On the day of my cleaning he arrived promptly (actually a little early!), worked efficiently and did a great job. I will call him again next time I need to have the carpet cleaned and I strongly recommend him.
