Before I start, I wanted to mention that my hair is a freaking monster. I've had stylists say that my hair simply "doesn't listen." And that's honestly true! I'm half Japanese. I would say that my hair is something between straight and curly. Most of the time, it does whatever it wants on any given day and I've given up on trying to make it look a certain way.That said, I went here and, wow, my hair is actually listening this time! Rio did an amazing job with my hair. I only got the haircut this time, but they provide a little mini massage when washing your hair before the cut. The stylist was not as good as last time. There were customers right before and after me. The service should take one hour but it was only 35mins. Apparently he was overbooked. The cutting was quite sloppy, so was the hair washing. Disappointed.

Got a haircut and bangs straightened. Taiga is an excellent stylist - very patient and a perfectionist ;) He spent a lot of time making sure he got my bangs right - the right length and thickness. I'm so glad I finally tried this place out... I would definitely be going back to Taiga!
