My husband and I worked with Timeline to provide some initial insights for the potential remodel of our house in Los Altos. They provided useful design guidance for what a minimal, moderate, and full-scale renovation would look like, in addition to approximate costs for each. Their guidance was practical and well-informed from years of experience in the industry. They were professional, flexible and always listened to our input. Although we weren't able to take the process any further due to our family situation, we gained a lot from our conversations and had fun dreaming about what our little house could be. We highly recommend Timeline Design!

My wife and I had TimeLine Design design and build our custom 5700 sq ft Portola Valley home. From tear down of the old house to move in to the new house was on schedule at 19 months! Unbelievable. I believe this performance was partly due to the fact that they did the architectural design as well as the build, so the normal stresses between architect and builder were not present. The in-house architect was terrific and the home is lovely. We hired Timeline Design in Saratoga, California for a major remodel of our home. We found mold damage that required us to essentially tear down half our house, pour a new foundation, and rebuild it. It was a long, painful process but the staff at Timeline made it as easy and pleasant as it could possibly be. We are very happy with our "new" home and really enjoyed working with the staff at Timeline.Matthew Harrigan, the owner and president of Timeline, started us off with the design process and provided us multiple estimates so we could choose an option that fit our budget.
