“I have been to many gyms in my life and have had 3 other personal trainers, and 9Round with Dave and Ovi is hands-down the best I have ever been to! I usually have a hard time motivating myself to go to the gym but I look forward to my 9Round workouts every week. When you enter, everyone greets you warmly. While you work out, trainers and other gym-goers cheer you on and motivate you. When you leave, you're congratulated on a great workout and walk out of the door with a smile on your face. It truly is a wonderful experience from start to finish. Be ready to work, though! 9Round provides a high intensity, full body workout. They also offer body mapping and consultation, which has helped me orient my workout and weight loss goals. Dave also provides me with tons of nutrition tips and challenges that have made a huge difference for me! I truly cannot say enough good things about this gym, so sign up already!“

“I have been struggling with getting my fitness journey for quite some time until I started working out at TNT. Eric really helped break down for me on what was necessary to meet my goal. He made it so easy to understand which workouts were needed and what my form should be, especially since that was something I always had difficulty with. He was able to make going to gym fun for me and I look forward to our sessions every week. “I've been doing semiprivate Muay Thai classes with Dr. Lin for a few months, and they're great!He obviously brings a *ton* of expertise to his instruction, but since he's also a physical therapist and a generally cool dude, the classes avoid the macho "fight culture" attitude that turned me off martial arts after studying tae kwon do for about 10 years. Although he's great about pushing you to expand your limits, he never does so in a way that's demeaning or negative, and he's very cognizant about creating an environment that's safe both culturally -- nobody's pushed into a sparring situation where they could get hurt -- and physically, because he understands the body in a deeper way than the average martial artist.He's also very communicative and helpful about appointments and scheduling!“

“Really great team here at Strong Island Fitness. They truly care about their clients and create a family-like atmosphere. For example, during my consultation session I was intro’d to another woman by name who was there for the first time.Highly recommend Julian as a Personal Trainer!!! He is thorough, compassionate and understands the body (he has a degree in kinesthesiology). He properly warms up his clients and talks them through the right way to do the exercises. He varies up the sessions so your body will get a good workout. Plus, he can talk and keep count - ha!Love the people and vibe here and highly recommend Strong Island Fitness for Personal Training as well as group classes.“

“After injuring my shoulder shoveling snow while in the mountains during snowpocalyose last winter, I knew it was time to get my body back in shape. Enter, Bliss Fitness and Health! From the first Rebel Recess class that I took, I have never felt more comfortable (except for the burpees!!) or more welcomed into a fitness space. The teachers are fantastic; the space is gorgeous; and most importantly after every class I feel euphoric, strong, and, dare I say, filled with bliss.“

“I have been training at The Perfect Workout twice a week since January 7, 2019. If you are looking for personal trainers who meet you at your current abilities and help you achive stamina and strength, this is the perfect place for you. I've lost three inches; and, I am so much stronger! This strength recently came in handy. I had my entire home interior painted, including closets. “I started my time at Powerform after having my second daughter in April 2023. As someone who has typically engaged in Pilates, the idea of weightlifting was intriguing but intimidating. Max, the owner, was quick to respond to my online inquiry and was able to set me up with two trainers- Mikkie and John. He took time to chat with me about my goals. Shout out to Max for his excellent communication and thought processes for connecting you with particular trainers. John - within seconds, I immediately felt comfortable with John. He always lays out the groundwork for you so you know what to expect. His warmups always get me motivated for what's to come. I love that he is so encouraging and always keeps me on my counts during reps. John is extremely personable, and I truly enjoy our conversations. Mikkie- she has refined my squat game like no other and has pushed me to lift more than I ever expected to. She pushes me in the best way and always gives me opportunities to excel. I truly enjoy her style of training. As a mother of two young children, working out at Powerform has been transformative, to say the least. This has been my time out of the day for myself both mentally and physically. After many years of aimless workouts, I finally feel like I know how to spend my time to get the results I want. I feel stronger than ever, and that is thanks to the wonderful staff at Powerform. Highly recommend!“

“I never thought I'd want to do strength training, but the team at Live Oak Strength motivate me to focus and work hard. At the same time, they make me--a 51-ry-old introverted gay man with body image issues who doesn't gravitate toward exercise--feel comfortable. “I'm just adding to all the other positive reviews out there. All the trainers at Fuse are incredible - patient, knowledgeable, focused. It's the least intimidating workout space I've experienced and that in itself is worth 5 stars. They really get to know you, your capabilities and what your goals are and prepare a tailored, effective and manageable program. If you're on the fence, don't be. It deserves all the great ratings!“

“I am renting the space for my Capoeira school and it is really nice and really big with tall ceilings, a great sound system and a nice big heater. Also has a kitchen and bathroom. What more do you need!“

You can check out her IG @ifixyourhands and send her a DM to make an appointment. She is sometimes available for walk ins but make sure you check with her first!The salon is very nice and clean! Great customer service as well.“

“Lakeridge does a good job of keeping activities scheduled nicely and maintains to the equipment and property very well. I like to do yoga during the week and bring the kids to play in the pool. This isn't a 24 hour meat market, this is a lot of career and retired people FYI.“

“The bad:Gym is absolutely disgusting, bathrooms were last cleaned in 2019... Perhaps. Nasty water all over the floor 24/7 since there are no paper towels provided and the air dryers dont do anything. Equipment is grimy as hell, cleaning here seems to completely rely on the signs everywhere for people to wipe down after use. Always lots of equipment broken or needing repair. Super crowded at all times of the day. Garbage and bodily fluids everywhere.The good:Never once have I seen a gym actually address the lack of high traffic equipment like squat racks and barbell benches. A couple months after I joined, they randomly decided to add two more Olympic squat/DL racks (6 total now), and 2 more benches (5 total now). Its amazing. Never in a million years.. can actually sometimes get a decent workout in now without waiting for everything.All they need now is 3x the cleaning staff and 10x the cleaning frequency and its pretty golden!“
