I was extremely nervous and excited to try my virtual session with Owen, not really knowing what to expect with minimum equipment available. I never dreamed using a towel and a small set of dumbbells could be so incredibly challenging. Owen pushed me to my limit on each and every exercise. His attention to detail and world class coaching is the reason I was able to get every ounce of potential strength out of each exercise. I've been training for a long time, but having a trained set of eyes to offer small adjustments, and maybe more importantly, encouragement in the toughest of moments is why I continue to believe that using a trainer is invaluable.
