I gave a 4-star rating mainly due to the receptionist being quite rude. I'm unsure if it was a tough morning or related to working on MLK holiday, but her mannerisms and attitude weren't fitting for the first impression of the office. She seemed frustrated when I asked about my prescription and scheduling an appointment. It'd be helpful if the office could remind patients when their prescriptions are expiring, like I've experienced with other doctors' offices. Despite this, I really like the doctor here, and Costco's prices are fantastic!

This office is great; easy to contact and schedule appointments. Dr. Kim takes her time when performing the exam and discusses what she's doing and is gentle and patient with kids. We will be coming back!

Needed new optometrist after previous one retired. Dr. Kim gave an expert and thorough exam that yielded confidence in my results. She was efficient but didn't rush me. The overall experience was superb, and my prescription is correct, despite having difficulty with some optometrists in the past. She really "got" it.
