Minhtam Nguyen is amazing to work with! She took the time to answer my questions and explain clearly what I should do with my eyes symptoms. Huge plus is she speaks both English and Vietnamese so I can understand fully what those optical terminologies mean. Highly recommend her excellent service!
Doctor Le is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to explain every test, walked me through my eye imaging, all without making me feel rushed. The clinic uses state-of-the-art equipment, which made the screening process very comfortable.
The inexperienced staff misrecorded my name and birthdate even when I had handed her my physical insurance card. The optometrist was personable, but my new eyeglass prescription is significantly different than the ones I got in the last five years from Kaiser. Not sure about its accuracy so did not order new glasses.
Update: I went back and got my revised prescription. Satisfied customer.
