We love Dr Wada and his staff. Doctor Wada is so easy going and thorough. He will happily answer any questions you have. We have never had any billing issues at this practice. They also never put any type of pressure to buy glasses or pay for additional stuff. This has been the first and only optometry practice we've been to since moving up to Bay Area almost 10 years ago. My only "complaint" is that I wish they were more automated and sent text reminders for appointments.

I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Jeremy Cheung in particular. I wear multifocal glasses, and for the past seven years, I was a patient at a different optical practice where I had annual exams. Unfortunately, over that time, although my prescription changed, my vision was still somewhat blurry. I saw halos around lights while driving at night and was unable to read or text without removing my glasses. Seeing Dr. Cheung has changed all that! He added back the correction for my astigmatism which my former optometrist said I did not need. I can now see clearly, text and read with my glasses on and drive at night without seeing halos.
